40% Jacquère, 30% Roussanne, 20% Malvoisie, 10% Mondeuse blanche.

The coherence is total. The common spirit is that of great freshness combined with very mature maturity. Sharing this spirit, with a higher honeyed intensity, Schist enlivens its fruit with a tasty note of spring mousseron, between fresh flour and jasmine flower.

One of the two great vintages from one of the best domains in Savoie ... Quite a program, provided you know how to wait for the few years of enrichment in the bottle!
