Salve Ager is a cuvée from winemaker Thierry Forestier from the Mont de Marie estate, a wine from France grown in Languedoc. The nose is on ripe black fruits such as wild blackberries and kirsch cherries. The palate is delicious and silky with volume.

A complex, balanced wine with a wide range of expression. All over a good length in the mouth.

The grapes of this cuvée are grown naturally without chemical input. In the cellar, the vinification is done with indigenous yeasts and without added sulphite. A natural wine!
