Gateway to our local Chenins, Effusion is our real first dry Chenin cuvée, inaugurated in 2001. Blend of plots of hillsides on cinerites, rocks of volcanic origin, sandstone conglomerates, all resting on the schist base. . Effusion is a wine of aromatic freshness, as its name suggests while remaining well structured. From aperitif to cheese, including fish and grilled white meats.

To be opened at least 30/40 minutes in advance to appreciate it at its true value. Can be kept for 5 years.
