DOMAINE TEMPIER - White - Biodynamic 2017

This sublime terroir, with varied types of plots and various exposures, makes Domaine Tempier unique and marks the complexity of its wines. The working methods of the vine are not the same for each plot, requiring know-how and meticulousness at all times.

This cuvée only represents 3% of the Domaine's production! It comes from the best terroirs of the property, whose exposure to the sun is limited, allowing a slow maturation and therefore a good balance in the wines. The blend is made of Clairette, Bourboulenc and Ugni blanc.

The nose develops aromas of citrus, pear, white flowers and impressive mineral notes. In the mouth, the wine is straight, aromatic and complex, with a juicy, fresh and creamy texture at the same time. The finish is long, vigorous and saline. A southern white of great crystalline purity!
