Fair is a bottler whose motto has a lot more to us at Clos des Millésimes: "Think human, drink fair", a motto that advocates a return to our human roots for a fairer, more just, more harmonious drink. Fair is a brand with a refined spirit that brings together enthusiasts whose goal is to distribute high-end spirits by sourcing in a fair and sustainable way.

This Paraguay XO aged rum has been elaborated according to ancestral methods. It comes from fair trade canes (Fairtrade) grown with care and respect for the environment in Belize. It was then aged in American oak barrels from ex-Bourbon.
