The Joh estate. Jos. Prüm is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after German domains along with Egon Müller.

It is located in the Middle Moselle valley, so it is one of the northernmost wine-growing areas in the world. The growing season sometimes lasts until December, and the cool climate gives the Riesling fruity and floral aromas, as well as high acidity.

Joh. Jos. Prüm is part of the VDP. Die Prädikatweingüter, the prestigious association of the best winegrowers in Germany. Its rieslings are particularly magical whether dry: Kabinett trocken, Kabinett or mellow and syrupy (Auslese, Spätlese, Trockenbeerenauslese). Each vintage retains this incredible freshness characteristic of Mosel-Saar.

This cuvée delivers subtle fruity aromas of citrus (lemon zest, grapefruit), as well as wet rock. The palate turns out to be very balanced, fruity, with a pretty substance.
