Often associated with Longueteau, Karukera shares the estate of the Marquisat of Sainte Marie and the distillery of Esperance which belongs to Longueteau. But if these two sisters share a lot, there are two distinct entities, Karukera own aging cellar and a clean style because of his work on aging techniques.

This 2008 Karukera vintage Expression rum is a special edition that pays homage to the 60th anniversary of La Maison Du Whiky (LMDW). This old rum from Guadeloupe is characterized by a very noble classicism which brings out all the knowledge of the Karukera house. A rum of incredible finesse marked by the precision of mineral notes and the greedy scale of fruity and floral notes.

This vintage edited in a limited number of 1500 bottles is here offered by the Clos des Millésimes.
