The rums of the house Clairin are artisan rums and authentic, from the purest tradition of Clairin. The sugar canes used do not come from hybrid lines and are cultivated with care in the respect of the traditions and the environment (certified organic). They are then harvested by hand and transported to the distillery using traditional Cabriolets (ox carts) where they will be distilled fresh. The fermentations will start spontaneously then the distillation will be done in stills heated to bare fire, finally the rum will be bottled to the natural degree.

A rum from Haiti, aged in the old barrels of Caroni (well-known distillery of legend) who were able to accurately convey delicate hydrocarbon aromas so characteristic of Caroni rums to rum Ansyen Vaval Clairin.
