Saint-James started his story thanks to the intervention of the Reverend Edmond Lefebure, he was then superior father to the convent of the Brothers of Charity and chemist at heart. He soon discovers the potential of spirits distilled near his hospital and undertakes to make it himself ... It produces remarkable rums and their attribute called "Saint-James".

This old rum Saint James cane flower comes to decorate the range of rums Saint-James of a wine with the captivating and subtle aromas. A breeding in small barrels of oaks is at the origin of their amber color. The sugar canes are picked at full maturity during "the flower", name that was given to this emblematic cuvée of the house. The White cane flower is also a magnificent cuvée that Clos des Millésimes offers you.
