Initially, Domaine Savanna, located in Saint-Paul at the foot of the mountains, became a candy at the beginning of the 19th century. The Savanna distillery was born a little later, fruit of the will of Emile Hugot between 1948 and 1950. This former student of the Central School of Arts and Manufactures of Paris has been an international figure of the sugar industry. From 1982, a contract allows the Savanna distillery to raise the quality of its production in upscale rums, recognized quality that will have to be the first European distillery to be certified ISO 9002.

This savory 14 years old Grand Arôme rum was 392 The Chronicles 2019 comes from the harvest of the 2004 vintage and was therefore aged in the French oak barrel of ex-Cognac n ° 392. The result of careful monitoring by the cellar master, this is a selection for an isolated bottling of a particularly qualitative lot. As a result, it was produced in a limited quantity of 837 bottles of 50cl each.
