Here is an author's wine to which Bibi Graetz has transmitted all its talent and all the potential offered by the native vines of Tuscany.
From very old Sangiovese vines, Testamatta has a beautiful ruby color and offers an elegant and varied bouquet on the nose: forest fruits, notes of humus, tobacco, spices, chocolate and hints of minerals ... fine, with a light, pure tannin, of the body and a long persistence.
A carefree sangiovese, frank and well representative of the region from which it comes, particularly recommended for a happy meal with friends, with hare, for example, or a simple and tasty beef tenderloin with mushrooms.
