Domaine des Croix is located in Beaune , in the Côte de Beaune region of Burgundy . It was founded in 2005 by David Croix . He is renowned for his expertise in oenology, having been the head winemaker at Maison Camille Giroud from 2002 to 2016. In 2005, with the support of investors, he purchased the former Domaine Duchet in Beaune, creating Domaine des Croix. The estate practices sustainable viticulture using organic methods . The red wines are vinified with moderate use of whole bunches and aging in oak barrels, while the white wines are fermented in barrels, generally without new wood.
