White wine currently made from 40% old Semillons, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sauvignon Gris and 10% Muscadelle.

To the eye, a very pale yellow shade with a green reflection.

On the nose, it releases intense floral aromas and gives the palate a developed fruitiness, a very delicate finesse, to end with an impression of exotic fruits.

"The vines of Compostela" in homage to the pilgrimage of the Pilgrims, part of the path of which runs along our plot of old Semillons.
