Gaja - Barbaresco 1982

The Gaja family settled in Piedmont in the middle of the 17th century. In 1859, Giovanni Gaja started producing Barbaresco and since then 5 generations have succeeded him. Angelo senior, Giovanni's son, represents the second generation. He is ambitious and demanding. He marries Clotilde Rey and sets out to find new production methods to boost the quality of his wines.
