The grape variety gives pride of place to Chardonnay but the Pinot Noir is very present, as well as a little Aligoté, to develop a Bourgogne Aligoté. In the vineyard, the gestures are those of the reasoned fight, and in the cellar, the grapes bought are vinified with the same attention as those of the domain.
