Crémant du Jura - Cuvée Adrian ERIC THILL 2014
Crémant du Jura

It is out of love for the vine and wine that the Thill family settled in the Côtes du Jura in 2009. It operates 5.20 hectares of old vines in the town of Gevingey, in South Revermont. The grape variety is made up of 3.15 hectares of Chardonnay, 1 hectare of Savagnin blanc, 60 ares of Poulsard and 35 ares of Pinot noir.

The 2014 Crémant comes from the Grandes Vignes plot facing west on gray marl. The harvest is carried out according to the tasting of the berries, generally around 11 or 11.5 ° of potential. The goal is to have freshness, fruit and also length.

Food and wine pairing: aperitif, desserts, cocktails.
Serve very chilled or even hit!
