This red grape variety is vinified in white here, with a little Clairette.

  • The wine: Young Grenache vines, vinified in white, with a little Clairette. The grapes are harvested early, by hand and pressed immediately, then aged, partly in oak barrels. A surprising "Blanc de Noir".
  • At the tasting: Fruity and tangy notes
  • Accompaniment: Goat cheese, fish, white meats and aperitif
