Dry white wine mainly from Aeolian sands, matured for 10 to 18 months in oak barrels and small vats.

It is a delightful Savennières which combines the power of the terroir, with a nice structure with subtle bitters, and the smoothness of ripe grape berries.

It goes wonderfully with fish, cooked white meats, or slowly matured cooked cheeses.
