Domaine Coletti - Phoja - Prosecco - Nature 2016

Coletti is a young vineyard in the Prosecco region about 50 km north of Venice, in the middle of the hills of Treviso.

Coletti has abandoned the use of chemical fertilizers and is moving more and more towards natural “viticulture”. Local wines, fresh and natural to discover very quickly!

Phoja comes from a drastic selection of the best clusters of old Glera vines, which gives it a gain in aromaticity, freshness and minerality. The mouth is also expressed more in finesse since here we are on a Frizzante wine with a lighter bubble. Very bright on the robe, it develops a bouquet of more concentrated and more complex aromas, at the same time, with notes of tropical fruits, white flowers and light Mediterranean spices.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif or on antipasti with ham and melon.
