Blend: 78% merlot - 22% cabernet franc. vinification: alcoholic fermentation will start naturally after 24 to 72 hours. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally between November and March.
If necessary, stirring is done to extract the lees, the fat that will coat the tannins and make the palate smoother when tasted. tasting: a beautiful color. An aromatic, pure, noble and quite deep nose.
A beautiful entry in the mouth, finely pulpy where the wine offers a great quality of touch. At the same time, the general expression is still discreet but the length is beautiful and the grain of the tannin refined with a subtle taste.
All the bottles displayed in our website are stocked in our cellar in Bordeaux.
