Didier Barral's White finds its frame, its soul thanks to this almost extinct grape variety.

There are slightly oxidative notes, aromas of dried apricots, a touch of honey, dry garrique. Very nice volume on the palate, richness and complexity are again present.

80% white and gray Terret, 10% Viognier and 10% Roussanne
