First vintage vinified in the vat designed by Philippe Starck. Guillaume Pouthier, the technical director, knew how to use his new tool brilliantly. With its dominant Cabernet Franc, this cru is an exception, and this year half of the harvest was vinified whole. The tannins are drawn in chalk with a shimmering minerality on the palate and we touch the profile of the great reds of tufa from the Loire.
