Château Chalon

The Domaine de la Pinte is 34 ha of vines planted on the terroirs of Arbois and Pupillin, enhanced by the blue marls of the lias which stand out from Arbois to Château Chalon, at an altitude of 400 meters. A vineyard entirely dedicated to Biodynamic cultivation since 2009 (organic since 1999).

From the famous Savagnin on the blue Marl terroirs of Lias. Aging for 6 years and 3 months under a veil of yeast, in 228 liter barrels.

On tasting, this wine distills aromas of hazelnuts, candied fruit and curry. An astonishing length.
