100% Carignan fermented with indigenous yeasts in carbonic maceration followed by aging for 6 months in Burgundy barrels of 4 to 6 wines.

This range was born from Marche back rouge, a wine made with the aim of resembling as much as possible those that our elders consumed (little extraction) by getting closer to their method of cultivation (tillage), and harvest manual. From there there was only one step for its counterpart, Marche avant, to appear, and many other vintages too ...
