Fourth Cru Classé Médoc in 1855, the Château Marquis de Terme is acquired by Jean Feuillerat in the late nineteenth century after the ruin of the Solberg family. Upon his death, he bequeathed him to his son Armand, who will continue to increase his prestige. Very affected by the crisis of 1929, the latter died in 1934; the following year the Château Marquis de Terme was bought by Pierre Senéclauze, wine merchant and passed on to his sons, Pierre-Louis, Philippe and Jean, current owners.
