Château CROIZET BAGES 2017
Château Croizet-Bages is located in the Pauillac appellation, in Bordeaux. It was classified Fifth Grand Cru Classé in the 1855 classification. The estate was created on the former property of the Bages dating from the 16th century. In 1934, it became the property of Paul Quié and will remain in the family ever since. It is managed by Jean-Michel Quié, Anne-Françoise Quié and Jean-Philippe Quié, also owners of Château Rauzan-Gassies and Château Bel-Orme.
The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (62%), Merlot (28%), Petit Verdot (6%) and Cabernet Franc (4%). Aging lasts 12 months in barrels, with 50 to 55% new oak.
