Mirmanda - Côtes du Roussillon Rouge 2019

Domaine Mirmanda is located in the Agly valley, in the towns of Vingrau, Tautavel and Opoul in Roussillon. It was born from the passion for wine and winegrowers of François-Xavier Demaison (actor and comedian) and Dominique Laporte(Meilleur Sommelier de France and Meilleur Ouvrier de France). The adventure began with the help of their friends Jacques Castany and Pascal Dieunidou from Domaine de l'Edre. Jacques is now doing with them the precision work they want for Mirmanda.

Mirmanda Rouge is a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Carignan. The grapes macerate in open barrels and are punched daily. After fermentation, the free-run juices are put in barrels of 1 to 3 wines for 12 months.
