Maison Ferroni is located in Aubagne en Provence, near Marseille. The headquarters of the distillery are based at the Château des Creissauds. Guillaume Ferroni, passionate about ancient alcohols and aromatic plants, has developed a varied range of spirits, combining history, cultural heritage and natural resources. He markets rums, whiskies, liqueurs, pastis etc. of which many of the necessary plants are grown and harvested on the estate.

Ferroni Honey Rum liqueur is a blend of 3 rums from Trinidad, Guyana and Mauritius. The rums are selected by Guillaume Ferroni in the original distilleries, then imported and blended at Château des Creissauds. They are aged for 12 months in Cognac barrels, then are added IGP Provence lavender honey and locally produced saffron.
