Domaine Nicolas Raspiller is located in Chaux, in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits appellation in Burgundy . It was founded by Nicolas Raspiller in 2017, drawing on his fifteen-year experience with Burgundy and Champagne winegrowers. From the outset, he initiated a conversion to organic farming of the vineyard and implemented natural techniques of reasoned and sustainable cultivation. In addition to growing vines, Nicolas Raspiller is a beekeeper and produces honey.
