Domaine Moreau Naudet - Petit Chablis 2022

Domaine Moreau-Naudet is located in Chablis , in the Burgundy wine region. The estate was founded in 1993 by Stéphane Moreau and his wife Virginie . Following the sudden death of Stéphane in 2016, Virginie now runs the twenty-hectare vineyard alone. The specificity of Moreau-Naudet lies in obtaining optimal maturity of the grapes, the use of various containers (vats, barrels, demi-muids), extended aging periods and low use of sulfur.

Petit Chablis is made from Chardonnay from a single plot of 3 hectares. The vines are 25 to 50 years old.
