Ca'd'Gal is a family winery based in Valdivilla , Piedmont, Italy . Some vineyards are over 50 years old, with light-colored, sandy-rich soil with ideal exposures, combined with limited production , which contributes to the structure, longevity and quality of their Moscato d'Asti.

Moscato d'Asti Lumine comes from estate vineyards that are between 20 and 35 years old . The production area is quite large, so there are different soil compositions, which has led them to work harder to achieve lower yields and therefore achieve a higher quality. The vinification is carried out in pressurized autoclaves in stainless steel tanks for the number of days necessary to reach an alcohol content of up to 5% in order to obtain the necessary sparkle. The optimal balance between sugars residual and acidity is an important decision, so each year they have to choose the right time to harvest, which then allows them to make a fresh Moscato with an intense bouquet that is also delicate and elegant. With lively bubbles that do not are never aggressive, this Moscato d'Asti has a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness.
