Colorful, the owner Pascal Collotte had a first life at the Saury cooperage which he developed for more than twenty years before selling his business. Passionate and keen on great wines, he decided to take over Château Jean Faux in 2002. From a ruin, he built a small estate magnificently located on the slopes of Sainte-Radegonde, on the left bank of the Dordogne, at 5 km from Castillon-la-Bataille. With a great deal of care given to the vines, this plant enthusiast (and many other things ...) cultivates his vines with ardor and seeks above all a signature of the soil. Certified organic since 2011, Pascal Collotte is aiming for biodynamic certification by 2017. Closely followed by Stephane Derenoncourt, the wines are vinified in perfect conditions and benefit from measured aging. Here the priority goes to balance. The wines are therefore very digestible and are easily drunk young as with a little age.

 This large format will allow you to be able to appreciate this wine in larger size and will keep even better over time.
