In the heart of the Côtes de Bourg, the Viaud estate covers 11.5 ha of vines, all in one piece on a gravel clay hillside facing south.

-100% Merlot

A fruity and gourmet vegan wine, all round. An easy wine, of immediate pleasure with a beautiful structure, with aromas of fruit, blackberry and cherry. Light aromas of liquorice.

The vinification is natural, the wine not fined and unfiltered. The grapes are cultivated in biodynamics.
