Domaine des Ardoisieres - White Clay - Organic 2017

The Argile Blanc cuvée comes from vines with a western exposure on the black and clayey schist hillside of Saint-Pierre de Soucy. It is a white wine of pleasure, with fruit, freshness and a nice minerality. This cuvée has a cellaring time of around 5 years and will go well with fish and many cheeses. Also perfect as an aperitif.
