An exceptional bottle, produced in very small quantities, this confidential wine is a reflection of the excellence of the Egon Müller estate. This cuvée is made on the great “Scharzhofberg” terroir which is very chalky and well regulated by the Mosel. "Auslese" means selection, because the grapes are selected one by one, at a slightly more advanced stage of maturity than "Spätlese" but less than "BA" or "TBA".

The bouquet is tinged with nobility, exhaling petroleum notes harmoniously coating the nuances of ripe peach, tropical fruits on a freshness of verbena. This caressing nectar offers concentration and complexity, directed by a salivating tangy frame towards a final in apotheosis!
