HAKUSHU 25 YEARS

Founded in 1973 in the heart of a lush forest in the Japanese Alps, Hakushu Distillery was at its peak the most productive distillery in the world, but today it is best known for its light, fresh and tonic whiskeys.

Composed of single malts matured for at least a quarter of a century, the 25-year-old Hakushu surprises with the contrast of its woody, fruity and slightly smoky aromas.

Single malt of extreme depth and astonishing maturity, it will be tasted slowly and will delight the most curious and lucky lovers of Japanese whiskey given its rarity.

This 25 year old Japanese Hakushu gem is one of the brands of Suntory Japanese single malt whiskey distillery, nestled in the hills west of Tokyo. The water used for 25 year old Hakushu whiskey passes through layers of granite in the Southern Alps to Mount Kaikomagatake, designated as the purest area in the Japan zone. The crystal clear waters that slide Mount Kaikomagatake venture into the rock and accumulate until they are separated into Jingu Ojira and rivers. These streams create an alluvial fan of white sand at the foot of the mountain, whose name is Hakushu, which means "white sandbank." "

Japanese whiskey Hakushu 25 years old is aged for 25 long years, why not so pronounced smoky notes, is a smooth, easy drinking whiskey. It has an amber red nose note of ripe persimmons, jam and chocolate. On the palate hints of caramel, candy, fruity notes, a fabulous fresh taste.
