The rums of the house Clairin are artisan rums and authentic, from the purest tradition of Clairin. The sugar canes used do not come from hybrid lines and are cultivated with care in the respect of the traditions and the environment (certified organic). They are then harvested by hand and transported to the distillery using traditional Cabriolets (ox carts) where they will be distilled fresh. The fermentations will start spontaneously then the distillation will be done in stills heated to bare fire, finally the rum will be bottled to the natural degree.

A rum from the distillery Sajous that presents us here Clairin. Small specificity, it was aged in old barrels of the famous distillery Caroni between June 2016 and March 2018. Finally, this wine was selected by the bartender Luc Litschgi.
