 The Domaine des ROCHES NEUVES is managed by Thierry Germain, one of the best biodynamic winegrowers in Samur Campigny. His respect for the vine goes so far as to roll it up instead of pruning it!

In the cellar, each plot is vinified separately, which gives the winemaker the opportunity to demonstrate all his talent: each cuvée rivals the best French wines, both in terms of complexity and aging time.

Domaine presents itself on the nose and on the palate with notes of red fruits. The c abernets frank on silty sands and clay-limestone give it this airy and fresh aspect , A wine bypassing opulence with a beautiful acidity.
