Côtes du Jura - Sur Montboucon ERIC THILL 2015
Côtes du Jura

It is out of love for the vine and wine that the Thill family settled in the Côtes du Jura in 2009. It operates 5.20 hectares of old vines in the town of Gevingey, in South Revermont. The grape variety is made up of 3.15 hectares of Chardonnay, 1 hectare of Savagnin blanc, 60 ares of Poulsard and 35 ares of Pinot noir.

 This fruity and floral Chardonnay will bring you a lot of freshness. The dress is bright yellow. The nose is open, with a complex of fruity aromas, between citrus fruits and flowers. In the mouth, it is light, still on the fruit, very pure as an expression, with a medium liveliness. In conclusion, a very pleasant wine, very Alsatian in its spirit.

Food and wine pairing: aperitif, starters, grills, poultry, fish and shellfish.
Serve chilled to lightly chambered.
