Welcome to Touraine, in Loir-et-Cher. Jean-Marie and Thierry Puzelat took over the family business of 13 hectares some twenty years ago. It is time and encounters that will put them on the path to natural wines. Decisive encounters: Marcel Lapierre, Philippe Laurent from Domaine Gramenon, etc ... Winegrowers who will influence and guide Thierry's future choices. It is 1999. The brothers decide to vinify for their own account and also fall into the ease of "guaranteed" income from the local cooperative. It's decided, the wines will be without artifice, without sulfur ...

Here is a superb cuvée of Pineau d'Aunis, this grape variety that combines finesse and spices. It is a pure delight that will keep for 7 or 8 years if you know how to resist ... Biodynamics and mini sulfur.
