Signed by the Chiquet brothers and acclaimed by connoisseurs, this cuvée has an incredible personality. According to the review of the wine of France, this cuvée 740 will enter the legend. Built mainly around wines from the superb 2012 vintage. Disgorged in July 2016.

"Cuvée n ° 740 - vintage 2012, our harvest in Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers, Avize and Oiry: winter is cold and long, spring and the beginning of summer are very rainy and we observe strong attacks of mildew . But the superb end of the season allows a harvest of small yield and of remarkable quality. The harvest is supplemented by some reserve wines. "

The house numbers these Cuvées to date them and highlight each individual's personality.
The union of wines from the same harvest from several dozen plots is complemented by some of their predecessors, reserve wines, kept in vats for several years. It is important here to retain the best of each harvest, not to deny the variations specific to each year.

Max B. : Un des plus beaux champagnes que j'ai bu. Au dessus des cuvées Dom Perignon, même sur cette cuvée à 45 € (bu ensemble). Aujourd'hui c'est mon champagne des grands moments
