ALEXANDRE BAIN - Precious Stones - Biodynamics 2015

A 100% ripe Sauvignon, with notes of acacia honey, cane sugar, elderberry. A pleasant fluidity, thirst-quenching with freshness.

Cultivated on limestone soils of the Portlandian (135 million years), with a thin layer of sandy clay and a strong stoniness which brings a lot of roundness.

Vines planted in 1977. Vinification side: indigenous yeasts, no addition of enzymes, the wines are neither fined nor filtered.

Precious Stone receives a tiny amount of sulfur when put: 1 g / hl. Yields: 35 hl / ha. Aging in vats for 14 months.
