Haute couture in trade wines, the precious bottles of Lalou Bize-Leroy, at a lower price than Domaine d'Auvenay wines, deserve the greatest attention! The requirement in the vineyard is similar! Meticulously selected, the grapes grown in biodynamics undergo a severe sorting. The talent and unique imprint of this incredible winegrower are part of the identity of the cru. Exceptional bottles not to be missed!

The color is dark ruby, with a more intense color. The nose offers a powerful and complex bouquet, on kirshe aromas, black fruits, toasted notes, sesame and a nice minty freshness. The palate is powerful, earthy, endowed with imposing substance and expressive but very ripe tannins, with liquorice nuances.

A surprising Volnay, from the 1962 vintage. The level is perfect, but the label suffered from a slightly damp cellar.
