Small property of 3 ha on the slopes of Saint Emilion. Whole grain vatting without crushing in wooden vats. Extraction controlled by pumping over and manual punching down. Maceration for 30 days between 20 ° and 30 °. Malolactic fermentation in barrels respecting the balance of the wine. Controlled withdrawal and oxygenation. Aging for 14 months in new French oak barrels.
