The native evures, sulfur-free, short maceration with little manipulation on the harvest. Vinification in stainless steel vats and aging in used barrels (7-8 wines) over 6 months.

A bright ruby announces the balance of this wine: freshness and gluttony ... Basket of tangy red fruits, oral notes, spices such as licorice and a minty touch are revealed with a frank attack and already suave tannins, the promise of a digestible and elegant wine.

Young winegrowers in a very promising terroir of the Bergerac region, winegrowers to follow with interest!
