Château Dompierre was reborn in the hands of Michel Aroldi who sought plots of the same qualitative structure, dispersed or not. The result is a blend of small nugget terroirs for wines of great quality and great finesse.

This wine comes from manual harvesting and sustainable agriculture with 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. It will be subject to aging for 18 months then will be bottled without glue or filtration.
