The New Yarmouth Distillery is located in Clarendon, Jamaica. This cuvée was distilled in June 2005. Very rich in esters, this rum aged under continental climate until bottled in January 2019. Especially extroverted. A rum that expresses exotic, spicy and chocolate aromas. A bomb of aromas, a crazy length with a real character. A hell of a nice bottle!
