Cellier Saint Benoit - Courbes Raies - Pinot Noir 2019
Le Cellier Saint Benoît is located in the village of Pupillin, in the Jura region. The family farm has existed for 4 generations, but was devoted to mixed farming with the crops sold to the Pupillin cooperative. Denis Benoit, of the 3rd generation, made the decision to focus all his work on the vine, to also integrate the work of the cellar and created the Cellier Saint Benoit within the old farm building of the family. Today, the next generation is being handled by Benjamin Benoit, a graduate of wine studies in Beaune with experiences in Burgundy and New-Zealand. The vineyard is managed in sustainable agriculture.
Courbes Raies is made from Pinot Noir. This cuvée produced 2,402 bottles.
