Domaine Elodie Roy is located in Cheilly-lès-Maranges, in the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy . Elodie Roy initially obtained a degree in Law then did an internship in a bank before reorienting herself towards a Master's degree in Wines and Spirits. After 11 years working in Vosne-Romanée at Domaine Anne Gros in Côte de Nuits, she decided to take over the exploitation of the family vineyard planted by her grandfather and her father. A few years later, she created her own wine estate by exploiting 10 hectares in several appellations. It works in reasoned viticulture, with sustainable viticulture, more respectful of the soil and the environment. His first vintage was vinified in 2018, with his wines available for sale from 2019. All of his vineyard is vinified by him, and a part is sold to the trade to be able to invest in equipment or in the renovation of the storage building.

Maranges En Buliet Blanc comes from 0.73 hectares of vines that are around 20 years old. Fermentation takes place in vats, then aging lasts 11 months in 228-litre French oak barrels (30% of which are new), then 2 additional months in vats.
