THE   Domain of La Rectorie   is located in the   Roussillon   and has vines in the appellations of   Collioure   And   Banyuls . In 1984, Marc and Thierry Parcé inherited the family estate which now covers around thirty plots with different altitudes and exposures. The domain is   converting to organic farming .

The vintage   Sea side   is a blend of Syrah (50%), Grenache (40%) and Carignan (10%) . After a maceration of about 20 days, the wine is aged for the most part in   barrel   and in   lightning   during   18 months .

Grapes: 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 10% Carignan
